India is one among a few countries where we find the traces of continuing civilization of the one among the oldest civilization, which is touted as the civilization with the first city in the world. India’s cultural capital, VARANASI or BANARAS is one among the oldest cities in the world.

Pick any corner of India to travel and you will be amazed to find its rich history and cultural heritage. Himalayan range is, in a way the virtual boundary of India. The northern most part is sparsely habitated and largely covered with the snow year round. Opposed to that, a better part of western, eastern and whole of southern part of India is surrounded by Indian Ocean and is dotted with beautiful beaches. Goa is the most famous beach destination in India but beaches in Andaman group of islands are still pristine and virgin.
